Replacement Timeframe

1-Day Replacement Window: You may request a replacement within 1 day of delivery, provided the saree meets our replacement conditions.

All tags and labels attached

No signs of wear or alteration

Original packaging included

No odors (perfume, smoke, etc.)

Manufacturing defects or damage

Wrong item sent

Size or color discrepancy

Customized or altered sarees

Items worn or washed

Sarees with missing tags

Items damaged by misuse

How to Request a Replacement

1) Contact Our Team: Email us at dhuragaranitex@gmail.com or call +91 9360849116 to initiate your replacement request. Please have your order number ready.

2) Quality Check & Approval: Our team will review your request and may ask for photos. Once approved, we'll send you replacement instructions and a prepaid return label.

3) Send Back the Item: Pack your saree securely in the original packaging and ship it back using our prepaid return label.

4) Receive Your Replacement: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll ship your replacement within 3-5 business days.

Replacement Options & Timeline

Same Product: Replace with the exact same saree if available in stock.

Similar Style: Choose a similar saree of equal or higher value.

Store Credit: Receive store credit to use on any future purchase.

Processing Timeline: Request Review 1–2 business days; Return Processing 2–3 business days; Replacement Shipping 3–5 business days; Total 7–10 business days from request approval.
